- Mashantucket Pequot Tribe $974,625
- Interface Group Inc. – Sands Hotel $569,250
- Mirage Resorts $554,000
- Bally Entertainment $470,905
Total “soft money” gambling industry contributors during the past 10 years were $8.67 million, almost half of which ($4 million) were spent in 1996.
